Source Water Facilities definition

Source Water Facilities means the source water diversion and conveyance facilities portion of the Project used to divert and convey new source waters to the Regional Treatment Plant.

  • Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.
