Sourced Product definition

Sourced Product means a Product that has been sourced by the Company to fulfil a specific requirement of the Customer and which is not one of the Company’s Listed Products (for example, vendor branded products which are not Nominated Products).
Sourced Product means the CAM and/or Comparator product individually or collectively as listed in the Product Proposal.

  • Client acknowledges that each Sourced Product, including technical information supplied by PSG or contained in documents (collectively, “Items”), may be subject to export controls of the U.S. government and/or other governmental authorities.

  • In the event that Agere determines that requested Sourced Product Design Information is not available, cannot be located, or cannot be provided as specifically requested, Agere will notify Lucent promptly.

  • The only inventoried Product covered under this price protection clause is Product which has been identified by Distributor to Cisco in the daily inventory reports required in sub-sub-section 17.2.2, excluding any Third-Party Sourced Product.
