Sourced Product definition

Sourced Product means a Product that has been sourced by the Company to fulfil a specific requirement of the Customer and which is not one of the Company’s Listed Products (for example, vendor branded products which are not Nominated Products).

Examples of Sourced Product in a sentence

  • Client acknowledges that each Sourced Product, including technical information supplied by PSG or contained in documents (collectively, “Items”), may be subject to export controls of the U.S. government and/or other governmental authorities.

  • Sourced Product may not be returned without a return goods authorization issued by L▪A, and no cancellations, refunds or credits are allowed without L▪A’s prior approval.

  • Licensed Product means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use: (A) the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent; or (B) which is made with, uses or incorporates any Technology.
