S&P Collateral Valuation Schedule definition

S&P Collateral Valuation Schedule means Schedule 10 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
S&P Collateral Valuation Schedule means Schedule 10 to the Credit Agreement, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the Credit Agreement and with the written consent of Ambac. If the Credit Agreement shall for any reason terminate prior to the termination of this Agreement, then the "S&P Collateral Valuation Schedule" shall be the S&P Collateral Valuation Schedule in affect under the Credit Agreement immediately prior to the termination thereof.
S&P Collateral Valuation Schedule means those procedures attached hereto as Appendix D.

Related to S&P Collateral Valuation Schedule

  • Collateral Value The appraised value of a Mortgaged Property based upon the lesser of (i) the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) made at the time of the origination of the related Mortgage Loan, or (ii) the sales price of such Mortgaged Property at such time of origination. With respect to a Mortgage Loan the proceeds of which were used to refinance an existing mortgage loan, the appraised value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) obtained at the time of refinancing.

  • Approved Valuation Firm means, with respect to any Collateral Obligation, each of (a) Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, (b) Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, (c) Lincoln International LLC, (d) Duff & Xxxxxx and (e) any other nationally recognized valuation firm approved by the Borrower and the Facility Agent.
