S&P Expected Portfolio Default Rate definition

S&P Expected Portfolio Default Rate means, with respect to all Collateral Obligations with an S&P Rating of "CCC-" or higher, (i) the sum of the product of (x) the Principal Balance of each such Collateral Obligation and (y) the S&P Default Rate divided by (ii) the Aggregate Principal Balance for all such Collateral Obligations.
S&P Expected Portfolio Default Rate means, with respect to all Collateral Debt Obligations, (i) the sum of the product of (x) the Principal Balance of each such Collateral Debt Obligation and (y) the S&P Default Rate divided by (ii) the Aggregate Principal Balance for all such Collateral Debt Obligations.
S&P Expected Portfolio Default Rate means, with respect to all S&P CLO Specified Assets, (i) the sum of the product of (x) the Principal Balance of each such Collateral Debt Obligation and (y) the S&P Default Rate divided by (ii) the Aggregate Principal Balance of all of the S&P CLO Specified Assets.

Related to S&P Expected Portfolio Default Rate

  • Post-Default Rate means, in respect of any principal of any Loan or any other Obligation that is not paid when due (whether at stated maturity, by acceleration, by optional or mandatory prepayment or otherwise), a rate per annum equal to the Base Rate as in effect from time to time plus the Applicable Margin for Base Rate Loans plus four percent (4.0%).

  • Note Default Interest Spread means, with respect to the outstanding principal balance of any Note, a rate per annum equal to the lesser of (i) the Maximum Legal Rate minus the Note A Rate or (ii) five percent (5%).

  • Required Rate means (a) 8.40%, with respect to the Cutoff Date and any Distribution Date on or prior to the date on which the Class A-2-B Notes are paid in full, or, (b) 7.90%, with respect to any Distribution Date after the Class A-2-B Notes are paid in full, or, in each case, such other percentage approved by the Rating Agencies.

  • Tax Event Repayment Date means the date set out in a notice from the Issuer to the Bondholders pursuant to Clause 10.4 (Early redemption option due to a tax event).

  • Repo Rate on any day means the highest interest rate available to a Lender from investment in overnight repurchase agreements.

  • Non-default Rate means a rate per annum equal to the cost (without proof or evidence of any actual cost) to the Non-defaulting Party (as certified by it) if it were to fund the relevant amount.

  • Specified Rate means, on any day, the sum of:

  • Default Rate means an interest rate equal to (a) the Base Rate plus (b) the Applicable Rate, if any, applicable to Base Rate Loans plus (c) 2% per annum; provided, however, that with respect to a Eurodollar Rate Loan, the Default Rate shall be an interest rate equal to the interest rate (including any Applicable Rate) otherwise applicable to such Loan plus 2% per annum, in each case to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Laws.

  • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.

  • Default Rate Interest is defined in Section 3.1(b)(ix) of this Agreement.

  • Daily Non-Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate means, in relation to any U.S. Government Securities Business Day during a Floating Rate Interest Period for a Loan (or any part of it), the percentage rate per annum determined by the Facility Agent in accordance with the methodology set out in Schedule 15B (Daily Non-Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate) or in any relevant Compounding Methodology Supplement.

  • Reference Rate of Interest Event means, with respect to the Swap Rate or any subsequent Reference Rate of Interest (the "Reference Rate of Interest") one of the following events:

  • Latest Term Loan Maturity Date means, at any date of determination, the latest maturity or expiration date applicable to any Term Loan hereunder at such time, including the latest maturity or expiration date of any New Term Loan or any Extended Term Loan, in each case as extended in accordance with this Agreement from time to time.
