  • The Borrower, through STMSP, shall maintain and shall cause SP Metro to maintain a financial management system in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.09 of the General Conditions.

  • All such repayments and purchases not made within two years after the member becomes eligible for membership in the System shall equal the full actuarial cost of the additional service credit as defined in G.S. 135-4(m).

  • Peer Companies means the companies included in the Xxxxxxx 2000 on December 31, 2017. In the event of a merger, acquisition or business combination transaction of a Peer Company with or by another Peer Company, the surviving entity shall remain a Peer Company. In the event of a merger of a Peer Company with an entity that is not a Peer Company, or the acquisition or business combination transaction by or with a Peer Company, or with an entity that is not a Peer Company, in each case, where the Peer Company is the surviving entity and remains publicly traded, the surviving entity shall remain a Peer Company.
