SP Project definition

SP Project means each photovoltaic solar generating facility owned or controlled (in whole or in part) by an SP Contributed Company.
SP Project means each photovoltaic solar generating facility owned or controlled (in whole or in part) by an SP Contributed Company. “SP Project Model” means the financial model for the SP Contributed Companies which is included in the Master Project Model.

  • Any such written direction by Buyer shall be treated as a directed change under the SP Purchase Order for the SP Project from which the equipment (or component) was diverted.

Related to SP Project

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.
