SP Services definition

SP Services means SP Services Limited;
SP Services are set forth in Attachment A. Authorized Sun Products and buying locations are set out in Attachment B. In connection with the provision of SP Services, SP will use Sun Products internally for purposes of providing the SP Services. SP may not purchase Sun Products pursuant to this Exhibit unless those Products are necessary for the provision of specified SP Services to SP's customers or for SP's internal use. Unless SP is accepted into the "SunTone Elite Program" and a Reseller Addendum is executed by Sun and SP, SP may not resell Sun Product. If SP resells or transfers new or unused Sun Products to third parties, this Exhibit will be terminated for material breach.
SP Services is defined in Section 2.1(a).

  • However, if the Consumer is transferring its electricity account to SP Services Limited or another retailer with billing services by SP Services Limited, the Security Deposit will not be refunded and shall be retained by SP Services Limited for the Consumer or SP account holder’s electricity consumption, where applicable.

  • If Consumer or account holder under SP Services Limited (“SP account holder”) is eligible to receive U-Save rebates to offset its utilities xxxx(s) (electricity and non-electricity charges), such rebate(s) will be reflected on its utilities xxxx(s).

  • If you opt for the electricity purchase option with SP Services, you will be transferred to SP Services accordingly.

More Definitions of SP Services

SP Services means the consultancy services and other advice and assistance to be provided by the Strategic Partner to the Manager pursuant to the Co- operation Agreement, the details of which are summarised in the section headed “Material Contracts and Other Documents and Information” in this Offering Circular;
SP Services means a non-exclusive, limited, and non-transferable license to access, disseminate, display and/or utilize certain information and software products and services from S&P, SPDJI and/or other third parties including, without limitation, any Third Party Licensor, via Licensee’s Products and/or Licensee’s Service including, without limitation, certain indices.
SP Services means the services to be provided to Park by a SP as described in a Services Agreement.

Related to SP Services

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Processing Services means those services which are necessary to issue and service a Card and process a Transaction in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.

  • System Services means the SRS, DNS Name Server and Whois services for the Registry TLD for which availability and Performance Specifications are established.

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;
