SPA Business definition

SPA Business means the Retroceded Policies identified in Part A of Schedule 1;
SPA Business means the assets and business entities owned Company and its Subsidiaries engaged solely in the manufacture and sale of spas.
SPA Business shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
