SPAC Shareholder Redemption definition

SPAC Shareholder Redemption shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(a)(i).
SPAC Shareholder Redemption means the right of the holders of SPAC Shares to redeem all or a portion of their SPAC Shares (in connection with the Transactions or otherwise) as set forth in the SPAC Organizational Documents and the Trust Agreement.
SPAC Shareholder Redemption means the exercise by one or more SPAC Shareholders of their rights to redeem SPAC Class A Shares held by them in accordance with the SPAC’s organizational documents.
