Space Lessee definition

Space Lessee. Any person or entity entitled to occupancy of any portion of the Real Property under a Space Lease.

  • Lessee shall fulfill, perform and observe in all respects, at its own cost and expense, each and every condition and covenant of the lessor in each Space Lease and give prompt notice to Lessor of any claim or event of default under any Space Lease given to Lessee by any Space Lessee or given by Lessee to any Space Lessee, together with a complete copy or statement of any information submitted or referenced in support of such claim or event of default.

  • Upon commencement of the term for the First Right Space, Lessee shall pay additional rent in the amount of $18,433.80 per month ($0.28 p.s.f.) NNN.

  • In the event that any costs set forth in parts (B) through (G) above are expenditures to be paid by Lessee during the period of the assignment or sublease term for the Transferred Space, Lessee shall make a reasonable estimate of such expenditures and net profits shall be calculated based upon such estimates.
