Spanish Receivables definition

Spanish Receivables means the Receivables originated by a Spanish Originator and sold to Huntsman International, then contributed transferred, assigned and conveyed to the Company with respect to which a Participation and security interest were granted by the Company to the Trust.

Examples of Spanish Receivables in a sentence

  • In accordance with the provision of Clause 5.2 of the RPA, the Seller hereby confirms the assignment in favour of the Purchaser of all its rights, actions and privileges that the former holds by virtue of the Relevant Spanish Receivables, and all related security relating or attached thereto, as described below, for a total amount as determined in Annex [·] hereto [determination of price].

  • The transfer of Eligible Receivables for Purchase that are Spanish Receivables will take place in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement and will be governed by Belgian law.
