Spare Parts definition

Spare Parts has the meaning assigned to such term in the Pledge and Security Agreement.
Spare Parts means all accessories, appurtenances, or parts of an Aircraft (except an Engine or Propeller), Engine (except a Propeller), Propeller, or Appliance, that are to be installed at a later time in an Aircraft, Engine, Propeller or Appliance.
Spare Parts means any and all appliances, parts, instruments, appurtenances, accessories, avionics, furnishings, seats and other equipment of whatever nature which are of the type of aircraft spare parts other than any QEC Kits, excluding any such spare parts to the extent installed on any aircraft or engine from time to time.

Examples of Spare Parts in a sentence

  • Customer and Boeing will agree upon the date to begin delivery of the provisioning Spare Parts and Standards ordered in accordance with this Letter Agreement.

  • The routing and method of shipment for initial deliveries and all subsequent deliveries of such Spare Parts and Standards will be as established at the initial provisioning meeting and thereafter by mutual agreement.

  • The Provisioning Data will be as complete as possible and will cover Provisioning Items selected by Boeing for review by Customer for initial provisioning of Spare Parts and Standards for the Aircraft.

  • Title to and risk of loss of any Spare Parts or Standards returned to Boeing by Customer in accordance with this Letter Agreement will pass to Boeing upon delivery of such Spare Parts or Standards to Boeing in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.2 or Article 6.6, herein, as appropriate.

  • Title and risk of loss of any Spare Parts or Standards delivered to Customer by Boeing in accordance with this Letter Agreement will pass from Boeing to Customer in accordance with the applicable provisions of the CSGTA.


More Definitions of Spare Parts

Spare Parts means the component parts listed within the Integrated Logistic Support Plan;
Spare Parts means goods which are to be installed in or on a vehicle so as to replace original parts of that vehicle, including goods such as lubricants which are necessary for the use of a vehicle, with the exception of fuel;
Spare Parts means goods that are to be installed in or on a vehicle to replace original parts of that vehicle, including goods that are necessary for the use of a vehicle, with the exception of fuel;
Spare Parts means spare parts and components for the Equipment.

Spare Parts means the spare parts Delivered or to be Delivered to the Purchaser by the Supplier under Clause 5.1.
