Spare Parts definition

Spare Parts has the meaning assigned to such term in the Pledge and Security Agreement.
Spare Parts means all accessories, appurtenances, or parts of an Aircraft (except an Engine or Propeller), Engine (except a Propeller), Propeller, or Appliance, that are to be installed at a later time in an Aircraft, Engine, Propeller or Appliance.
Spare Parts means any and all appliances, parts, instruments, appurtenances, accessories, avionics, furnishings, seats and other equipment of whatever nature which are of the type of aircraft spare parts other than any QEC Kits, excluding any such spare parts to the extent installed on any aircraft or engine from time to time.

  • TOMRA shall, in performing the obligations under the Agreement, comply with all laws and regulations applicable at the time the Goods and/or Spare Parts are delivered and/or the Services rendered.

  • The price payable by the Purchaser to TOMRA for the supply and delivery of the Goods and/or Spare Parts and performance of the Services (if any) and for any remedied or replacement Goods or Services under Clauses 3.3 and 7.3 shall be the Contract Price stated in the Agreement.

More Definitions of Spare Parts

Spare Parts means such items as spare propellers and tailshafts and self- contained operable units of machinery or equipment, as well as those items generally recognized within the mari- time industry as Spare Parts. Maritime Administration, DOT § 272.14
Spare Parts means goods which are to be installed in or on a vehicle so as to replace original parts of that vehicle, including goods such as lubricants which are necessary for the use of a vehicle, with the exception of fuel;
