SPECIAL ADVISORY. Member The Adviser in its capacity as the investment adviser to the Fund, or an Affiliate of the Adviser that the Adviser designates to serve as Special Advisory Member. Transfer The assignment, transfer, sale, encumbrance, pledge or other disposition of all or any portion of an Interest, including any right to receive any allocations and distributions attributable to an Interest.
