Housing Slots will only be offered to individuals who are Medicaid eligible, Special Assistance eligible in an adult care home, would be Special Assistance eligible in an adult care home though no longer residing in an adult care home, or have a gross income equal to or less than 100% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines for a single individual.
