Special Collections definition

Special Collections means the following activities: collections agency/vendor management for recovery, bankruptcy processing and vendor/process management, cease and desist processing, deceased account processing, litigation matters related to collections accounts as to which the matter was initially commenced by Bank as plaintiff, debt management program processing, consumer credit guidance (counseling) servicing, SCRA account processing, and processing of accounts entering into a forbearance arrangement (settlements, DMP’s, UPP and Paydowns) after pre-qualification by MCCS of early age accounts.
Special Collections means collections outside of the normal collection schedule where bulky household items are picked up at curbside that are normally not accepted on the regular collection days.
Special Collections means all Library Materials that are in, or added to, those Library Materials in the University’s Special Collections Department, The Center for Xxxxxxxxx Studies, and the Xxx Brilliant Beethoven Center and the City’s Special Collections Center and any other named collections that either Party may accept or establish from time to time.

Related to Special Collections

  • Reallocated Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the product of (a) the Principal Allocation Percentage with respect to such Monthly Period, (b) the aggregate amount of Collections in respect of Principal Receivables deposited in the Collection Account for such Monthly Period and (c) the sum of the Class B Floating Percentage and the Collateral Floating Percentage with respect to such Monthly Period.

  • Available Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) (i) an amount equal to the Principal Allocation Percentage of Series 2018-7 Allocable Principal Collections received during such Monthly Period minus (ii) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.08 are required to fund the Required Amount for the related Distribution Date, (b) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2018-7 in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Agreement and Section 4.11 of this Supplement, and (c) any other amounts which pursuant to Section 4.05 or 4.07 of this Supplement are to be treated as Available Principal Collections with respect to the related Distribution Date.

  • Principal Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Principal Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Investor Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Finance Charge Collections allocated to the Series issued pursuant to this Indenture Supplement pursuant to Section 4.3(a) for all Dates of Processing during such Monthly Period.

  • Interest Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Debt collection means the collection of unpaid tolls and applicable administrative fees by (i) 750 retention of a third-party debt collector or (ii) collection practices undertaken by employees of a toll 751 facility operator that are materially similar to a third-party debt collector.

  • Collections means all cash, checks, notes, instruments, and other items of payment (including insurance proceeds, proceeds of cash sales, rental proceeds, and tax refunds).
