If any tendered ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bonds are not exchanged pursuant to the Exchange Offer for any reason, those unexchanged ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bonds will be returned, without expense, to the tendering holder at the address shown in Box 1 or at a different address as may be indicated in this Letter of Transmittal under "Special Delivery Instructions" (Box 3).
No signature guarantee is required on a Letter of Transmittal if such Letter of Transmittal is signed by the registered holder(s) of Shares delivered with such Letter of Transmittal, unless such holder(s) has completed either the box entitled "Special Delivery Instructions" or the box entitled "Special Payment Instructions" on the Letter of Transmittal.

Signatures on a Letter of Transmittal do not need to be guaranteed if (a) the Letter of Transmittal is signed by the registered holder of the shares and the holder has not completed the box entitled "Special Payment Instructions" or the box entitled "Special Delivery Instructions" on the Letter of Transmittal or (b) the shares are tendered for the account of an eligible institution.
