Special Event definition

Special Event means any of a Tax Event, an Investment Company Event or a Capital Treatment Event.
Special Event has the meaning set forth in paragraph 4(a) of Annex I.

Examples of Special Event in a sentence

  • Event Contractor as a pre-requisite of the Special Event governed by this agreement shall obtain, at its own expense, insurance as specified in this section.
