Special Event Prepayment Price definition

Special Event Prepayment Price means with respect to the Notes, a prepayment price equal to 100% of the outstanding principal amount of the Notes, plus any accrued and unpaid interest thereon so prepaid up to but excluding the date of prepayment.
Special Event Prepayment Price means, with respect to any prepayment of the Securities following a Special Event, an amount in cash equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Securities to be prepaid plus any accrued and unpaid interest thereon (including Compounded Interest and Additional Sums, if any) to the date of such prepayment.
