Special Feature definition

Special Feature means one of the features of processing personal data used by participants in the Framework that are defined in the Policies or the Specifications used in pursuit of one or several Purposes for which the user is given the choice to opt-in separately from the choice afforded regarding the Purposes which they support.

  • For all Mortgages originated under these terms and conditions, Lender is required to enter Special Feature Code “480” on the Loan Schedule (Form 1068) or Schedule of Mortgages (Form 2005).

  • The appropriate Special Feature Code (“SFC”) as indicated below must be entered on the Schedule of Mortgages (Form 2005) or Loan Schedule (Form 1068), as applicable.

  • Additionally, Lender shall identify all EA-I Mortgages and EA-II Mortgages at delivery with the applicable Special Feature Code as shown below.

  • Special Feature Codes On the "Schedule of Mortgages" for MBS deliveries or the Loan Schedule for cash deliveries, in the box labeled "Special Features" enter the codes designated in the applicable addendum attached to the Housing Impact Program Schedule or in the Selling Guide.

  • Special Feature Code(s) (“SFC”): Specific to Variance Mortgages “215” “001” Note: Once renovation has been completed, Lender must contact its ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Customer Account Team to remove SFC “001.” Special Feature Code(s) (“SFC”): Other Instructions To have the recourse obligation (identified by SFC “001”) removed from any Mortgage, Lender must provide its ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae Senior Account Manager or Customer Account Risk Manager with documentation showing that renovation related to such Mortgage has been completed.

  • Water feature means a design element where open water performs an aesthetic or recreational function. Water features include ponds, lakes, waterfalls, fountains, artificial streams, spas, and swimming pools (where water is artificially supplied). The surface area of water features is included in the high water use hydrozone of the landscape area. Constructed wetlands used for on-site wastewater treatment, habitat protection, or storm water best management practices that are not irrigated and used solely for water treatment or storm water retention are not water features and, therefore, are not subject to the water budget calculation.

  • CLASS Features means certain CCIS-based features available to Customers, including: Automatic Call Back; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Customization means any customer-specific modification to software that requires changes to the software’s source code.

  • Feature means a distinguishable software function included in the Software and as further detailed in Schedule 3 and the Product Handbook. Various Features may be grouped together in Feature Packs.
