Examples of Special Instruction in a sentence
The Custodian shall have no duty to inquire into or investigate the validity, accuracy or content of any Instruction or Special Instruction.
Such change in particulars and requests can be made via Special Instruction Form, as attached in Annexure “D” of this Offering Document.
The Custodian and the Approved Foreign Custody Manager (or Domestic Subcustodian) as applicable, shall be entitled to rely on and shall have no liability or responsibility for following such direction from the Fund as a Special Instruction and shall have no duties or liabilities under this Agreement save those that it may undertake specifically in writing with respect to each particular instance.
State Street shall be held to the exercise of reasonable care and good faith in carrying out the provisions of this Agreement, but shall be kept indemnified by and shall be without liability to the Fund for any action taken or omitted by it in good faith without negligence, including, without limitation, acting in accordance with any Proper Instruction or Special Instruction.
Subject to any Personal Laws that may be applicable to a Unit Holder, a single Unit Holder can nominate a successor to receive the Units upon his death by filling in the relevant portion of the Investment Form (or may request a nomination or change in nomination through the Special Instruction Form).
