Special Partnership Interest definition

Special Partnership Interest means a Common Partnership Interest, except that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 7.4, the General Partner shall not have the right, directly or indirectly, to satisfy any Redemption Right exercised by a Limited Partner with respect to the Special Partnership Interest through the issuance of the REIT Common Shares Amount as set forth in Section 7.4(b).
Special Partnership Interest means the percentage ownership interest in the Partnership of each Special OP Unitholder, as determined by dividing the Special Partnership Units owned by each Special OP Unitholder by the total number of Special Partnership Units then outstanding. The Special Percentage Interest of each Partner shall be as set forth on Exhibit A, as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time.
