Applicable Margins means collectively the Applicable Revolver Index Margin, the Applicable Term Loan Index Margin, the Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin and the Applicable Term Loan LIBOR Margin.
Applicable Eurodollar Rate Margin means, with respect to any Eurodollar Rate Advance, for each Pricing Period, the interest rate margin set forth below (expressed in basis points per annum) opposite the Applicable Pricing Level for that Pricing Period: I 50.0 II 62.5 III 75.0 IV 87.5 V 100.0
Applicable ABR Margin means, at any date:
Applicable Margin means, with respect to Advances of any Type at any time, the percentage rate per annum which is applicable at such time with respect to Advances of such Type as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.
Reference Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest as provided in Section 2.09(a).
Eurodollar Rate Margin means the margin over the Eurodollar Rate used in determining the rate of interest of Eurodollar Rate Loans pursuant to subsection 2.2A.
Rate Year means July 1st of a given Calendar Year through June 30th of the succeeding Calendar Year.
Increased Rate means, with respect to any Increased Rate Period for a Series of RVMTP Shares, the Index Rate for such Increased Rate Period plus an Applicable Spread of 5.92%.
Applicable Utilization Fee Rate means, as of any date, the percentage rate per annum at which Utilization Fees accrue on all Revolving Credit Advances at such time as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.
Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.
Applicable Eurocurrency Margin means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable to Eurocurrency Rate Loans determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.14(D)(ii) hereof.
Applicable Advance Rate For each Collateral Obligation and for the applicable number of Business Days between the certification date for a sale or participation required by Section 9.4 and the expected date of such sale or participation, the percentage specified below: Senior Secured Loans with a Market Value of: 90% or more of par 100 % 93 % 92 % 88 % Below 90% of par 100 % 80 % 73 % 60 % Other Collateral Obligations with a Xxxxx’x Rating of at least “B3” and a Market Value of 90% or more of par 100 % 89 % 85 % 75 % All other Collateral Obligations 100 % 75 % 65 % 45 %
Interest Period Date means each Interest Payment Date unless otherwise specified hereon.
LIBOR Rate Margin has the meaning set forth in the definition of Applicable Margin.
Applicable LIBOR Rate Margin means the following per annum percentages, applicable in the following situations:
Interest Rate Period means that period of time for which the interest rate with respect to the Bonds has been determined by the Remarketing Agent or otherwise as provided in the definition of the applicable Interest Rate Mode, commencing on the applicable Interest Rate Adjustment Date, and terminating on the day immediately preceding the following Interest Rate Adjustment Date, if any.
Applicable Credit Rating For any long-term deposit or security, a credit rating of AAA in the case of S&P or Aaa in the case of Moody’s (or with respect to investments in money market funds, a credit rating of “AAAm” or “AAAm-G” in the case of S&P and the highest rating given by Moody’s for money market funds in the case of Moody’s). For any short-term deposit or security, or a rating of A-l+ in the case of S&P or Prime-1 in the case of Moody’s.
Applicable Eurodollar Margin means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable to Eurodollar Rate Loans determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.15(D)(ii) hereof.
Prime Rate Spread means the difference (expressed as the number of basis points) between (a) LIBOR plus the Spread on the date LIBOR was last applicable to the Loan and (b) the Prime Rate on the date that LIBOR was last applicable to the Loan; provided, however, in no event shall such difference be a negative number.
Rate Floor The minimum per annum Mortgage Interest Rate permitted under the related Mortgage Note. Rating Agency: Initially, each of S&P and Xxxxx’x and thereafter, each nationally recognized statistical rating organization that has rated the Certificates at the request of the Company, or their respective successors in interest. Ratings: As of any date of determination, the ratings, if any, of the Certificates as assigned by the applicable Rating Agencies.
Periodic Rate Floor With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the provision of each Mortgage Note which provides for an absolute maximum amount by which the Mortgage Interest Rate therein may decrease on an Interest Rate Adjustment Date below the Mortgage Interest Rate previously in effect. Person: Any individual, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, association, joint-stock company, trust, unincorporated organization, government or any agency or political subdivision thereof.
LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.
Floating Rate Interest Period means, during the Floating Rate Period, the period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Floating Rate Interest Period will begin on (and include) April 18, 2025 and will end on (but exclude) the first Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.
Rate Period has the meaning set forth in the Statement.
Rate Ceiling The maximum per annum Mortgage Interest Rate permitted under the related Mortgage Note.
