Special Rates definition

Special Rates. (column 12) shall apply when specified. Hourly Rate: Equipment paid at an hourly rate will be paid for time worked. Equipment is to be paid during meal breaks. Equipment in transport status (via heavy transport, not being driven) will be paid at 50% of the regular rate.
Special Rates means the rates indicated in the services contract. 'Transfer fee‟ means the sum due in case of transfer of goods.
Special Rates means “special rates,” “cut rates,” “low rates,” “lowest rates,” “lowest rates in town,” “reasonable,” “inexpensive” or any similar phraseology the reasonable construction of which implies that a bargain in rates is offered at such establishment. NRS 651.040(1)(g).

Examples of Special Rates in a sentence

  • Extra rates in this Award, except rates prescribed in 5.9.3 (Special Rates) and rates for work on public holidays, are not cumulative so as to exceed the maximum of double the ordinary rates.

  • The productivity allowance shall remain in force for the duration of this Agreement and shall be in lieu of any Special Rates or Multi-storey allowances.

  • On Projects which do not attract the Site Allowance, Employees are entitled to be paid all relevant Special Rates or Disability Payments under the Award.

  • The Site Allowance and other Award Special Rates form part of Ordinary Time Earnings as defined in clause 2 of this Agreement.

Related to Special Rates

  • Initial Rate means each rate of interest to be paid in an Initial Period as set forth in the Certificate.

  • Interest Rates The interest rates per annum (calculated on a 360-day basis) applicable to the Pinnacle Credit Facilities will be, at the option of the Borrower as set forth below at either LIBOR or the Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin set forth in the Fee Letter. The Borrower may select interest periods of one, two, three or six months (and, if agreed to by all relevant Pinnacle Credit Agreement Lenders for the Pinnacle Revolving Credit Facility or the Pinnacle Term Loan Facility, as applicable, nine or twelve months or such other period) for LIBOR advances. Interest shall be payable at the end of the selected interest period, but no less frequently than quarterly.

  • Applicable Margins means collectively the Applicable L/C Margin, the Applicable Revolver Index Margin, the Applicable Term Loan Index Margin, the Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin and the Applicable Term Loan LIBOR Margin.

  • Benchmarked Rates means the Framework Prices for the Benchmarked Goods and/or Services

  • Advance Rates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(y)(ii) hereof.
