Special Stock Option definition

Special Stock Option means the special stock option provided to Executive under the terms of the Employment Agreement dated May 10, 1999 between Executive and the Company, which option is to purchase 50,000 shares of Common Stock and becomes exercisable over a five-year vesting period in five equal annual installments beginning May 10, 2000, subject to the terms, conditions and adjustments set forth in Section 8 below.
Special Stock Option means the stock option referred to in Section 6(A).
Special Stock Option means the stock option referred to in Section 6(a) of the Old Employment Agreement.

  • The Special Stock Option Grant will vest in seven equal annual installments commencing one (1) year from the date of the grant, and shall in all regards be governed by the terms of the Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
