Special Stock Option definition

Special Stock Option means the special stock option provided to Executive under the terms of the Employment Agreement dated March 15, 1999 between Executive and the Company, which option is to purchase 40,000 shares of Common Stock in five equal annual installments beginning March 15, 2000, subject to the terms, conditions and adjustments set forth in Section 8 below.
Special Stock Option means the stock option referred to in Section 6(A).
Special Stock Option means the stock option referred to in Section 6(a) of the Old Employment Agreement.

  • Grants made by the Special Stock Option Committee pursuant to this Section 5 are intended to comply with and otherwise satisfy the requirements of Rule 16b-3.

  • The Special Stock Option Grant will vest in seven equal annual installments commencing one (1) year from the date of the grant, and shall in all regards be governed by the terms of the Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.

  • Director Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 6.

  • Restricted Stock Plan means either the RPM International Inc. 1997 Restricted Stock Plan or the RPM International Inc. 2007 Restricted Stock Plan and any successor plan or arrangement to either of such plans, but shall not be deemed to mean or include the Omnibus Plan.

  • Rollover Options has the meaning provided in Subsection 3.1(h).
