Specialist care definition

Specialist care means health care services provided by a physician licensed pursuant to the provisions of Title 40 who has completed advanced education and clinical training in a specific area of medicine.
Specialist care means Covered Services rendered by a Participating Physician who is not a Primary Care Physician.
