Specially Serviced Loan Any Serviced Loan (including a related REO Mortgage Loan or REO Companion Loan) as to which any of the following events has occurred:
Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan means the Mortgage Loan during the period it is serviced by the Special Servicer following a Servicing Transfer Event.
Other Loans Specially Mentioned Special Mention", "Substandard", "Doubtful", "Loss", "Classified", "Criticized", "Watch list" or words of similar import, together with the principal amount of and accrued and unpaid interest on each such Loan and the identity of the obligor thereunder, (4) where a reasonable doubt exists as to the timely future collectibility of principal and/or interest, whether or not interest is still accruing or the loans are less than 90 days past due, (5) where the interest rate terms have been reduced and/or the maturity dates have been extended subsequent to the agreement under which the loan was originally created due to concerns regarding the borrower's ability to pay in accordance with such initial terms, or (6) where a specific reserve allocation exists in connection therewith, and (G) all assets classified by Innes Street or Citizens Bank as real estate acquired through foreclosure or in lieu of foreclosure, including in-substance foreclosures, and all other assets currently held that were acquired through foreclosure or in lieu of foreclosure.
Contractor Commercially Sensitive Information means the information listed in the Contractor Commercial Sensitive Information Annex to the Contract being information notified by the Contractor to the Authority which is acknowledged by the Authority as being commercially sensitive information.
Directly supervised means a qualified staff member maintains visual contact with the supervised staff.
Substantially similar means substantially similar in function or capability or otherwise competitive to the products or services being developed, manufactured or sold by the Company during and/or at the end of Executive’s employment, or are marketed to substantially the same type of user or customer as that to which the products and services of the Company are marketed or proposed to be marketed.
Commercially Sensitive Information means the Information (i) listed in the Commercially Sensitive Information Schedule; or (ii) notified to the Authority in writing (prior to the commencement of this Contract) which has been clearly marked as Commercially Sensitive Information comprised of information:
Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons list maintained by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States Department of the Treasury found at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/ofac/downloads/sdnlist.pdf;
Tobacco-related devices means cigarette papers or pipes for smoking.

Supervised financial organization means a person, other than an insurance company or other organization primarily engaged in an insurance business:
Physically Secure means that access is restricted through physical means to authorized individuals only.
Officially Designated means designated by the Shareholder of Record:
Substantially relates means the nature of criminal conduct for which the person was convicted has a direct bearing on the fitness or ability to perform one or more of the duties or responsibilities necessarily related to the occupation; and
Federally Qualified Health Center means a non-administrative medical facility with a fixed permanent location that is identified on the following search engines and offers health services on a sliding scale payment system: http://findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov or http://www.ihs.gov/ or http://www.aachc.org/.
care home means a residential complex that is occupied or intended to be occupied by persons for the purpose of receiving care services, whether or not receiving the services is the primary purpose of the occupancy; (“maison de soins”)
Adult bookstore or “adult video store” means a commercial establishment that, as one of its principal business purposes, offers for sale or rental for any form of consideration any one or more of the following:
Specially Written Software means any software created by the Contractor (or by a third party on behalf of the Contractor) specifically for the purposes of this Contract.

Specially constructed vehicle means any vehicle that was not originally constructed under a
Nationally tracked source means a sealed source containing a quantity equal to or greater than Category 1 or Category 2 levels of any radioactive material listed in 12VAC5-481-3780. In this context a sealed source is defined as radioactive material that is sealed in a capsule or closely bonded, in a solid form and that is not exempt from regulatory control. It does not mean material encapsulated solely for disposal, or nuclear material contained in any fuel assembly, subassembly, fuel rod, or fuel pellet. Category 1 nationally tracked sources are those containing radioactive material at a quantity equal to or greater than the Category 1 threshold. Commercially Useful Function means responsibility for the execution of a distinct element of the work of the contract, which is carried out by actually performing, managing, and supervising the work involved, evidencing the responsibilities and risks of a business owner such as negotiating the terms of (sub)contracts, taking on a financial risk commensurate with the contract or its subcontract, responsibility for acquiring the appropriate lines of credit and/or loans, or fulfilling responsibilities as a joint venture partner as described in the joint venture agreement.
