Specialty Consultants definition

Specialty Consultants means consultants that have been retained to (a) program and design a Development that has a significant zoological component, (b) design animal habitats and support areas within a Development or (c) design structures and systems for such habitats and support areas. Such Specialty Consultants may include exhibit architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, animal life support engineers, lighting designers and acoustical engineers that, in each case, are engaged for the purposes set forth in subclauses (a) – (c) of this definition.

  • For all high-risk Design-Build team members, Specialty Consultants, and/or Trade Contractors, the PMT will convene and evaluate the contract values and risk factors, jointly assigning the level of insurance coverage and bonding limits appropriate for all tiers of work.

  • The Owner does not expect Specialty Consultants or Trade Contractors, or their subcontractors, to carry more insurance or bonds beyond the total liability of their individual work/contract obligation.

  • The CONSULTANT is not authorized to act as the COUNTY's agent hereunder and shall have no authority, expressed or implied, to act for or bind the COUNTY hereunder, either in CONSULTANT's relations with Specialty Consultants, or in any other manner whatsoever except as elsewhere provided for in this AGREEMENT.

  • The CONSULTANT shall also require all Specialty Consultants to comply by contract with the provisions of this Section.

  • The CONSULTANT shall be and remain liable in accordance with all applicable laws for all damages to the COUNTY caused by the negligent performance by the CONSULTANT or any Specialty Consultants of any of the Services furnished under this AGREEMENT.

  • The CONSULTANT shall provide a copy of all relevant provisions of this AGREEMENT to all Specialty Consultants hired by it, or for which it may have management responsibilities and shall inform all Specialty Consultants that all Services performed hereunder shall strictly comply with the AGREEMENT terms and provisions.
