Specialty Grade definition

Specialty Grade has the meaning specified in Section 4.5.1.

Examples of Specialty Grade in a sentence

  • In this circumstance, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith to agree to the terms under which such Specialty Grade would be produced, priced and delivered and in the absence of an agreement as to such terms, no production or sale of a Specialty Grade shall occur.

  • Specifically, if the Product was originally sold to MSCG as an Intermediate Product, then the pricing of the sale back to PBF shall be determined in accordance with Schedule 10, and if the Product was originally sold to MSCG as a Light Finished Product or Specialty Grade, Lube or Slurry, then the pricing of the sale back to PBF shall be determined in accordance with Schedule 9, Schedule 10 or Schedule 11, respectively.

  • Finished grade means the approved elevation of ground surface of lands upon which fill has been placed in accordance with this By-law;

These Prescription Drugs usually require specialized handling (such as refrigeration). A marriage legally entered into in another jurisdiction will be recognized as a marriage in the District of Columbia.

  • Highest adjacent grade means the highest natural elevation of the ground surface prior to construction next to the proposed walls of a structure.

  • Specialty drug means a prescription drug that:

  • Rating Point means the V&H coordinates associated with a particular telephone number for rating purposes.

  • Established Grade means that grade established by the City for the particular area in which a sidewalk is to be constructed.

  • Specialty contractor means a person who is licensed to conduct business as described in subsection 4 of NRS 624.215.

If, however, the lower rating is more than one full rating category below the Highest Rating Category of that Rating Agency, then the Permitted Investment will be deemed to be rated below the Highest Rating Category. For example, a Permitted Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “A1” by Moody’s is not rated in the Highest Rating Category.

  • Lowest Adjacent Grade (LAG means the elevation of the ground, sidewalk or patio slab immediately next to the building, or deck support, after completion of the building.

  • Investment Grade means a rating of Baa3 or better by Moody’s (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Moody’s); a rating of BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P); and the equivalent investment grade credit rating from any additional Rating Agency or Rating Agencies selected by the Company.

  • SPECIALTY HOSPITAL means a hospital or the specialty unit of a general hospital that is licensed by the state. It must be designed to care for patients with injuries or special illnesses.   • Gross vehicle weight rating means the weight specified by the manufacturer as the loaded weight of a single vehicle.
