Specialty Property definition

Specialty Property means any Real Property that is a convenience store and/or gas station.
Specialty Property means any Real Property that is a convenience store or gas station or that the Administrative Agent otherwise determines in its reasonable discretion in good faith is a “Specialty Property.”

A marriage legally entered into in another jurisdiction will be recognized as a marriage in the District of Columbia.

  • Real Estate means all Leases and all land, together with the buildings, structures, parking areas, and other improvements thereon, now or hereafter owned by any Loan Party, including all easements, rights-of-way, and similar rights relating thereto and all leases, tenancies, and occupancies thereof.
