Specific Covered Loan definition

Specific Covered Loan means a Mortgage Loan that matches all the requirements for purchase under a Loan Specific Take-Out Commitment.

  • Subsidized Xxxxxxxx Loan means a Loan for which the interest rate is governed by Section 427A(a) or 427A(d) of the Higher Education Act.
