Specific Data Requirements definition

Specific Data Requirements means the specific data protection requirements set out in Annex B (Specific Data Requirements), if Annex B is expressly incorporated into this Agreement pursuant to Clause 3.1;
Specific Data Requirements means the specific data protection requirements set out in Schedule Part 7 (Specific Data Requirements);
