Specific Duties. Employee shall serve as the Bank's Executive Vice President/Senior Loan Officer, through election by the Board. In such capacity, Employee shall have the same powers, duties and responsibilities of supervision and management of the Bank usually accorded to an Executive Vice President/Senior Loan Officer of similar financial institutions.
