Specific Products means the following products: isoprene, farnesene-derived diesel, farnesene-derived lubricants, farnesene-derived polymers, farnesene-derived adhesives, farnesene-derived oxygen scavengers for use in packaging, farnesene-derived surfactants and sesquiterpene-derived compounds for uses in flavors and fragrances (as defined in Exhibit C).
Specific Products means Tantalum and any alloys of Tantalum, in all forms and for all purposes, and C-103 Nb alloy (NbHfTi), in all forms and for all purposes other than (i) those specific products sold by the Company either pursuant to the Purchase and Sale Agreement or any Contract entered into after the Closing Date by the Company and any Carve-Out Entity, and (ii) Tantalum products listed on Section 1.1(d) of the Disclosure Schedules which have been or are currently solely made by ▇.
Specific Products. Specific Products: If Exhibitor is legally representing more than one company, such as in the case of a manufacturer’s representative or a distributor, a fully completed list for each company whose products you will be representing in your booth must be submitted along with your completed application.
