Specific Warranty definition

Specific Warranty means the Sellers’ specific warranty (Sw. särskild garanti) set out in Section 10.
Specific Warranty means the three (3) year warranty starting on the date of delivery of the Products Concerned as defined in Article 2 below, by SECURLITE to the Purchaser.

  • DISPUTES The Conditions of Specific Warranty shall be governed by French law.
