Specified digital products means electronically transferred digital audio works, digital audiovisual works and digital books.

Specified digital products means the bona fide products, applications, platforms, software or intellectual property related to or used in connection with the development, adoption, implementation or operation of ExaSwitch or Black Lotus Labs digital products or digital businesses as determined in good faith by the Issuer.

Specified digital products means:
(1) Digital audio-visual works" which means a series of related images which, when shown in succession, impart an impression of motion, together with accompanying sounds, if any;

(3) Digital books" which means works that are generally recognized in the ordinary and usual sense as books.
