Specified Event Notice definition

Specified Event Notice is defined in Section 10.2(c).
Specified Event Notice means electronic notice of a Specified Event.
Specified Event Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 9.01.

  • Upon the occurrence of a Specified Default, the Administrative Agent shall give written notice of the same to the Borrowers (a “Specified Event Notice”) and the Borrowers shall issue, within five (5) Business Days after such Specified Event Notice, Drawdowns in the aggregate amount required to cure such Specified Default.

  • Specified Event has the meaning given to such term in the definition of “Consolidated EBITDA.”
