Specified Floor Area means a floor area or areas within a CP Equipment Room occupied by the CP under a Licence where the CP’s Compliant Equipment is installed, specified against the Exchange Site set out in Annex 1 of Schedule 3 and shown on the plan attached to that schedule or such other floor area as will be specified by KCOM in the event of re-location pursuant to Schedule 4;

Examples of Specified Floor Area in a sentence

  • The Alternative Operator acknowledges that these charges shall be applicable in the event that the Alternative Operator terminates its request for a Specified Floor Area at an MDF Site.

Landlord shall have the right, within ninety (90) days after the Commencement Date, to verify the Net Rentable Area and/or Usable Area of the Premises in accordance with the BOMA Standard (as modified pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence). Tenant shall have the right, at its sole cost and expense, within sixty (60) days after the Commencement Date, to have a qualified architect or space planner reasonably approved by Landlord verify the Net Rentable Area and/or Usable Area of the Premises and the Building in accordance with the BOMA Standard (as modified pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence); provided, however, that such determination shall be subject to the reasonable review and approval of Landlord and its designated consultants, surveyors, or engineers. If, as a result of such verification (and approval by Landlord), it is determined that the Net Rentable Area and/or Usable Area of the Premises are different than the amounts set forth in Section 1.1 above, all corresponding amounts set forth this Lease (including, without limitation, Tenant's Share, the amount of monthly Base Rent, the amount of the Security Deposit and the Allowance) shall be retroactively adjusted and appropriate payments, if applicable, shall be made by Landlord to Tenant or Tenant to Landlord (as applicable) within ten (10) days after such determination and approval by Landlord. Both parties agree to execute a commercially reasonable instrument in order to document such revised amounts. From time to time throughout the Term of this Lease, Landlord shall have the right, at its sole cost and expense, to verify the Net Rentable Area and/or Usable Area of the Premises, the Building and the Project in accordance with the BOMA Standard and this subparagraph (f) (pertaining to adjustment of certain Lease provisions and appropriate payments (if applicable)).

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Ground floor means a floor of a building with a building entrance on an accessible route. A building may have more than one ground floor.

  • Occupancy Date means the date on which occupancy of all Units in a Project is permitted;

  • Square Footage means the total gross horizontal areas of all floors, including usable basement and cellars, below the roof and within the outer surface of the main walls of buildings (or the center lines of party walls separating such buildings or portions thereof) or within lines drawn parallel to and two feet within the roof line of any building or portion thereof without walls (which includes, notwithstanding paragraph 3 below, the square footage of all porches), and including pedestrian access walkways or corridors, but excluding the following:

  • Unstable area means a location that is susceptible to natural or human-induced events or forces capable of impairing the integrity of some or all of the landfill structural components responsible for preventing releases from a landfill. Unstable areas can include poor foundation conditions, areas susceptible to mass movements, and Karst terranes.

  • SOFR Floor means a rate of interest per annum equal to zero basis points (0.00%).

  • Footage means still images, video, audio and other data captured by the Flock Hardware or Customer Hardware in the course of and provided via the Flock Services.

  • Site or Area means the vacant space or any area which is to be given on rent.

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • Rentable Area of Premises on Page 1 of the Lease shall be deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • Rentable Square Feet as used in the Lease will be deemed to include: (a) with respect to the Premises, the usable area of the Premises determined in accordance with the Method for Measuring Floor Area in Office Buildings, ANSI Z65.1-1996 (the "BOMA Standard"), plus a pro rata portion of the main lobby area on the ground floor and all elevator machine rooms, electrical and telephone equipment rooms and mail delivery facilities and other areas used by all tenants of the Building, if any, plus (i) for single tenancy floors, all the area covered by the elevator lobbies, corridors, special stairways, restrooms, mechanical rooms, electrical rooms and telephone closets on such floors, or (ii) for multiple tenancy floors, a pro-rata portion of all of the area covered by the elevator lobbies, corridors, special stairways, restrooms, mechanical rooms, electrical rooms and telephone closets on such floor; and (b) with respect to the Building, the total rentable area for all floors in the Building computed in accordance with the provisions of Subparagraph 1(a) above. In calculating the "Rentable Square Feet" of the Premises or the Building, the area contained within the exterior walls of the Building stairs, fire towers, vertical ducts, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks and major pipe shafts will be excluded.

  • Wood floor wax means wax-based products for use solely on wood floors.

  • Loan Commencement Date means, with respect to each Growth Capital Loan: (a) the first day of the first full calendar month following the Borrowing Date of such Loan if such Borrowing Date is not the first day of a month; or (b) the same day as the Borrowing Date if the Borrowing Date is the first day of a month.

  • bicycle parking space – occupant means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack, locker or bicycle stacker for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:
