Specified Floor Area definition

Specified Floor Area means a floor area or areas within a CP Equipment Room occupied by the CP under a Licence where the CP’s Compliant Equipment is installed, specified against the Exchange Site set out in Annex 1 of Schedule 3 and shown on the plan attached to that schedule or such other floor area as will be specified by KCOM in the event of re-location pursuant to Schedule 4;

Examples of Specified Floor Area in a sentence

  • BT shall provide to the Communications Provider a fault handling and repair service for Services provided under Part III (within the Communications Provider’s Specified Floor Area at an MDF site) which is both reasonable and at least as good as the comparable fault handling and repair service which BT provides to its own customers and when running its own business for its own benefit.

  • The Communications Provider may, subject always to the provisions for termination contained in this Part III, request that the Licence of a Specified Floor Area be terminated as a result of the Communications Provider agreeing with a Third Party Communications Provider that the Third Party Communications Provider will take a licence of all or part of the Specified Floor Area.

  • The Communications Provider acknowledges that these charges shall be applicable in the event that the Communications Provider terminates a Licence for a Specified Floor Area at an MDF Site.

  • This Part contains the terms and conditions under which the Communications Provider occupies each and every Specified Floor Area in respect of which a Licence has been granted.

  • The Alternative Operator acknowledges that these charges shall be applicable in the event that the Alternative Operator terminates its request for a Specified Floor Area at an MDF Site.

  • A Licence relating to the Specified Floor Area which is the subject of the relevant PCR3 shall be granted with effect from the Licence Completion Date.

  • This service will be provided at an agreed time following completion of Specified Floor Area pursuant to Part II.

Related to Specified Floor Area

  • Gross Floor Area means the total floor area, measured between the outside of exterior walls or between the outside of exterior walls and the centre line of party walls dividing the building from another building, of all floors above the average level of finished ground adjoining the building at its exterior walls;

  • Total Floor Area means, the sum total of the total areas of all floors in a building or structure whether at above or below grade measured between the exterior faces of the exterior walls of the building or structure or from the centre line of a common wall separating two uses or from the outside edge of a floor where the outside edge of the floor does not meet an exterior or common wall, and;

  • Floor Area means the Floor Area shown on the preliminary participation quota as per Annexure C;

  • SOFR Floor means a rate of interest per annum equal to zero basis points (0.00%).
