Specified Florida Properties definition

Specified Florida Properties means the unimproved Real Properties located in Orange and/or Osceola Counties, Florida owned by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries as of the Effective Date.
Specified Florida Properties means (i) the Gainesville Hauling & Transfer Station, located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, (ii the St. Lucie Transfer Station, located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, (iii) Fruitville Hauling & Transfer Station, located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, (iv) ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Transfer, located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, (v) De ▇▇▇▇ Landfill, located at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and (vi) Ft. ▇▇▇▇▇ Landfill, located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, FL 33841.
Specified Florida Properties means the Real Properties located in Orange and/or Osceola Counties, Florida owned by the Parent Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries as of the Effective Date and that are unimproved as of the Effective Date. “Specified Party” means the Administrative Agent, any Issuing Bank, the Swingline Lender or any other Lender. “Specified Pending Sales” means the House of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ beauty business, and the sale of such other businesses as specified on Schedule 6.04, including Real Property associated with such businesses. “Sterling” or “£” means the lawful currency of the United Kingdom. “Subordinated Indebtedness” means the collective reference to any Indebtedness incurred by the Parent Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries that is contractually subordinated in right and time of payment to the Obligations on terms and conditions reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
