Specified Office of any Agent means the office specified against its name in Schedule 2 (The Specified Offices of the Agents) or, in the case of any Agent not originally party hereto, specified in its terms of appointment (or, in the case of a Calculation Agent which is a Dealer, specified for the purposes of clause 8 (Calculation Agent) of the Dealer Agreement) or such other office in the same city or town as such Agent may specify by notice to the Issuer and the other parties hereto in accordance with Clause 13.8 (Changes in Specified Offices).

Specified Office means, in relation to a Paying Agent, the Registrar or a Transfer Agent the office identified with its name at the end of the Conditions or any other office approved by the Trustee and notified to Noteholders pursuant to Clause 9.10;

• Payments of interest shall, subject to paragraph (g) (Payments other than in respect of matured Coupons) below, be made only against presentation and (provided that payment is made in full) surrender of the appropriate Coupons at the Specified Office of any Paying Agent outside the United States in the manner described in paragraph (a) (Principal) above.

• Each Paying Agent shall make available to Noteholders during the period specified in Condition 7(e) (Redemption at the option of Noteholders) for the deposit of Put Option Notices forms of Put Option Notice upon request during usual business hours at its Specified Office.

More Definitions of Specified Office

Specified Office means, in relation to any Agent in respect of any Series, either the office identified with its name in the Conditions of such Series or any other office notified to any relevant parties pursuant to the Paying Agency Agreement;
