Specified Office means, in relation to a Paying Agent, the Registrar or a Transfer Agent the office identified with its name at the end of the Conditions or any other office approved by the Trustee and notified to Noteholders pursuant to Clause 9.10;
Specified Office of any Agent means the office specified against its name in Schedule 2 (The Specified Offices of the Agents) or, in the case of any Agent not originally party hereto, specified in its terms of appointment (or, in the case of a Calculation Agent which is a Dealer, specified for the purposes of clause 8 (Calculation Agent) of the Dealer Agreement) or such other office in the same city or town as such Agent may specify by notice to the Issuer and the other parties hereto in accordance with Clause 13.8 (Changes in Specified Offices).

The Registrar shall maintain the Register (which shall be kept at its Specified Office or at such other place as the Issuer and Note Trustee may approve in writing) in accordance with the Conditions, the Certificates Conditions, the Regulations and this Agreement.
A copy of the current Regulations will be sent by the Registrar to any Noteholder or Certificateholder who so requests and will be available upon request at the Specified Office of the Registrar.
