Designated Office(s) definition

Designated Office(s) as to a Party, means the office or offices specified in Part II of the Schedule.

Designated Office(s) means, as to a Party, the office identified with its name on page 1 of these terms and any other office(s) specified in Annex 1 or otherwise agreed by the Parties to be its Designated Office(s) for the purpose of this agreement;

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, each FX Transaction and Option entered into between Designated Offices of the Parties on or after the Effective Date shall be governed by the Agreement.

Designated Office(s) means the site(s), location(s), and/or address(es) for which Customer licenses the Software as identified in the Order Form(s).
