Each FX Transaction and Option between any two Designated Offices of the Parties outstanding on the Effective Date which is identified in Part I of the Schedule shall also be governed by the Agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, each FX Transaction and Option entered into between Designated Offices of the Parties on or after the Effective Date shall be governed by the Agreement.
