Material IntercompanyIntra-Group Loan definition
Material IntercompanyIntra-Group Loan means any intra-group loan provided by the Issuer to any of its Subsidiaries (including any Excluded Subsidiary) where (a) the term is at least twelve (12) months and (b) the principal amount exceeds SEK 5,000,000.
