Specified Production definition
Specified Production means the produce or products shown on the Certificate’s annex.
Specified Production means, for each month as at any date of determination:
Specified Production means, for each month as at any date of determination and subject to Section 7.2.19: (a) if such month is or is prior to the 12th month after the month in which such determination is being made, 90% of Budget Basis Projected Production projected to be produced during such month; (b) if such month is or is later than the 13th month after the month in which such determination is being made but prior to the 25th month after the month in which such determination is being made, 90% of Budget Basis Projected Production projected to be produced during such month; (c) if such month is or is later than the 25thth month after the month in which such determination is being made but prior to the 37th month after the month in which such determination is being made, 80% of Budget Basis Projected Production projected to be produced during such month; and (d) if such month is or is later than the 37th month after the month in which such determination is being made, 70% of Budget Basis Projected Production projected to be produced during such month.

Subject to the Certified Party’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement, ACO grants to the Certified Party a non-exclusive licence to access use the Licensed Material to market and promote the Specified Production (“the Licence”).
