Specified relationship definition
Specified relationship with a Designated Company means acting as an owner, partner, officer, director, or employee of, or consultant or advisor (paid or unpaid) or lender to, or investor in, that Designated Company, except that ownership of not more than 1% of the outstanding stock of a Designated Company, in and of itself, will not be a Specified Relationship.
