Specified Speed definition
Specified Speed means the speed published at or around the date of the Event at which the broom wagon will drive the Gran Fondo route beyond the Specified Location and after the Specified Time has lapsed.
Specified Speed means the speed published at or around the date of the Event at which the Pace Car will drive the Event. Riders must stay ahead of the Pace Car to ensure they are within the road closures available. All road closures will be lifted behind the Pace Car and riders will be subject to open roads and must obey the highway code.
