Examples of Speculative Land in a sentence
At all times, the ratio of (i) the value at cost of all Speculative Land to (ii) Total Assets shall be less than or equal to .10 to 1.0.
Speculative Land Acquisition means the acquisition of land which is not anticipated to be (or is not) developed within six months after the acquisition thereof.
