SPECULATIVE TRANSACTIONS definition
SPECULATIVE TRANSACTIONS engage in or enter into any Derivative Transaction or any similar transaction, including in respect of energy trading, other than under the Hedge Agreements or an interest rate swap agreement relating to Permitted Indebtedness incurred by the Core Borrowers, Holdco or TUA, unless that transaction would be a transaction which would ordinarily be carried out by a prudent, responsible company carrying on a major utilities business and be in accordance with Good Gas Industry Practice; and
