SpinCo Services means those transitional services to be provided by Spinco to Parent set forth on Schedule B hereto to assist Parent in operating Parent's business.

SpinCo Services means those transitional services, including any Additional Services, to be provided by Spinco to Vector set forth on Schedule A hereto to assist Vector in operating Vector’s business following the Distribution. Such transition assistance may include providing information regarding the specific SpinCo Services being provided and the systems, software and data formats and data organization being used for the SpinCo Services, coordination and other reasonable assistance with test runs of replacement systems and processes and other reasonable access to relevant information.
The SpinCo Services Manager shall work with the personnel of the SpinCo Entities to periodically address issues and matters raised by Parent relating to this Agreement.

Except with respect to routine communications by the SpinCo Services Manager under Section 2.04, all notices and other communications under this Agreement shall be made in accordance with Section 8.14 of the Separation Agreement.

More Definitions of SpinCo Services

SpinCo Services means the Services generally described on Annex C and any other Service provided by SpinCo or any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to this Agreement.

SpinCo Services is defined in Section 2.1.

SpinCo Services means each of the services described in Schedule B to be provided by or on behalf of TRW to Spinco pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. “Standard Of Care” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2.
