SpinCo Welfare Plans definition
SpinCo Welfare Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01.
SpinCo Welfare Plans means any Welfare Plan maintained by SpinCo or any member of the SpinCo Group.
SpinCo Welfare Plans shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.1(a) of this Agreement.

In the event that a SpinCo Employee becomes eligible to receive continuation health coverage pursuant to COBRA following the applicable Welfare Plan Date, SpinCo and the SpinCo Welfare Plans shall be responsible for provision of COBRA coverage and all COBRA-related Liabilities to such SpinCo Employee (or his or her eligible dependents) in respect of COBRA.

SpinCo Welfare Plans mean the Plans established by FairPoint pursuant to Section 6.2 that correspond to the Verizon Welfare Plans.
