Splash Page definition

Splash Page means the first web page of the Portal that a User will see on her laptop when the User connects to the ABS on a Retrofit NC.

Nothing contained herein shall permit LICENSEE to sell, lease, or otherwise dispose of a Light Valve which is not combined or intended to be combined as described above into a Light Valve Architectural Window Product.

  • Telerate Page 3750 means the display page currently so designated on the Moneyline Telerate Service (or such other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying comparable rates or prices).
