Splitco Entities definition
Splitco Entities means and includes each of Splitco and its Subsidiaries, after giving effect to the Restructuring.
Splitco Entities means and includes each of (i) Splitco, (ii) its Subsidiaries, (iii) any joint ventures owned (either of record or beneficially) by Splitco or a Subsidiary of Splitco and (iv) any entity in which Splitco or a Subsidiary of Splitco owns a minority interest (either of record or beneficially), in each case of clauses (i)—(iv), after giving effect to the Contribution.
